NEW MOVIE, NEW INTERVIEW!
Hey everyone,
some exciting news regarding a new movie in the works for Ashley! Many news outlets have reported that Ashley is set to star with none other than fellow Gervais/Merchant alumni Martin Freeman in a new movie by Debbie Isitt called "Nativity." The movie is reported to be about two rival English schools determined to outshine each other in their respective annual Christmas play. Apparently, the movie has already started principal photography. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting project!

ASHLEY EMMY NOMINATED FOR EXTRAS
Dear visitors!
First things first, good news! Although Ashley was not nominated for her current work on Ugly Betty, she has been nominated for her amazing performance in the Extras Christmas special! So come September 1st, Ashley might take home the Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actress In A Miniseries Or A Movie. On behalf of Effortlessly, heartfelt congratulations to Ashley!
Kudos in fact to the whole cast and production team of Extras: The Extra Special Series Finale which has received a total of 6 nominations! You can find the details of all the nominations by reading the rest of this update under the link.
In site update news, I have to apologize to you all. Things have been hectic on my part and as a result, this site has suffered a bit. I do want to keep on with it though. Only 3 days until the brand new Ugly Betty episode finally airs!
To tide us over until Thursday, ABC has released its first ever UB video podcast and you can catch a glimpse of Ashley in it, along with the rest of the cast. They all make fun little appearances while Michael and Becki continue to be their wacky selves, singing the "Are You Ready For Betty" song. Head over to ABC's
