»   SYNOPSIS

Christopher Hampton's stage adaptation of the classic French novel by Pierre Choderlos Laclos dives into the intricacies of love, sex, social philandering and manipulation in 18th- century France. This dark comedy paints a picture of French aristocracy in all its grand decadence and sexual cynicism through the relationship and cruel games between friends and ex-lovers Vicomte de Valmont and Marquise de Merteuil.
